Bowling phenom Markwin Tee ‘02 finished 9th place in the recently concluded 2006 AMF World Cup held in Caracas, Venezuela from 4 to 9 November 2006. Tee finished outside the Magic 8 with a score of 7,134. Prior to competing in the World Cup, Tee has been going berserk in both the local and international bowing scene with his mind-boggling performances. Hopefully, Tee will get a chance to hoist the World Cup Championship in the years to come.

The Patriarch

Xavier School and the Alumni Association paid tribute to two alumni who have made great strides in the sport of competitive basketball during the 21 October 2006 Inaugural Match of the Jacinto Tiu Competition Court at the Fr. Rafael Cortina Sports Center. Joseph Henry Yeo (’01) and Woodward John Co (’06) were commended and recognized for being the “First Xaverian to Play in the PBA” and the 2006 UAAP Rookie of the Year, respectively. Both of their milestones are considered trailblazers in the school’s fifty year history.
