Kelly Salvador is the New AAXS President

Class 1978’s Dr. Kelly S. Salvador has just been elected as the new AAXS President for 2007 – 2009. His term will officially start on 1 April 2007, with the Inauguration and Turnover Ceremonies slated sometime in June 2007. Kelly’s Executive Board includes Francis Bryan Ang (’92) as Vice-President, Atty. Ramon “Monjie” Lapez Jr. (’84) as Secretary and Jovito “Jovy” Ong (’68) as Treasurer.

Xavier School Bags Silver in
Teenpreneur Challenge

Xavier School once again flexed its muscle in the entrepreneurial arena as a team of undergrads used “peanut butter” as their gateway to stardom in the recently concluded “Teenpreneur Challenge” at the SM Mall of Asia. The contest was conceptualized by Entrepreneurs School of Asia’s Vivienne Tan and Joel Santos with the goal of helping enhance the products made by Gawad Kalinga.
