A Pseudo Medical Insurance for the Alumni and Teachers
Friday, November 2nd, 2007After being elected as the 22nd President of the Alumni Association of Xavier School (AAXS), Dr. Kelly Salvador ’78 buckled down to work with his trusted aide Dr. Timmy Yu ’75. They want to spearhead a project that would benefit the alumni directly, and of course, their “old school” mentors.
After much brainstorming and presentations to the EXCOM and Board of Trustees, Doc Kelly and Doc Timmy recommended the creation AAXS Medical Assistance Program (MAP) to provide “reasonable financial assistance” to those alumni or Xavier faculty and staff undergoing/undergone medical treatment, and hopes to be a venue for those concerned to reach out to the entire alumni community to secure additional support.
